Are these smartwatches waterproof?
Our smart watches have a certain level of waterproof functionality, which means they can withstand contact with a certain amount of water. This applies to most of our smart watches, but we do not recommend wearing them for swimming, diving, or showering. While they might function well in these latter two scenarios, we do not want to create false expectations and unfavorable experiences for our customers.
However, we also have a few models that can be worn for swimming, diving, or showering in water depths of up to 50 meters. In these cases, they will work perfectly. For specific details, please refer to the detailed specifications of the products.
Do you offer guarantee on your products?

How long will it take to get my package?
